- At 65, I have discovered that I can be happy with what I have (not what I want), that less is more and to do what I enjoy ... the rest of it can just be the distracting noise of unhealthy lifestyles and cultures. If we all did the things we are capable of doing, we would literally astound ourselves. We must become the change we want to see in the world.
